The 2026 Anatolian-Rural Development Technical Support Program was announced by the Central Anatolia Development Agency to provide support to local actors in the region for their work that is important for regional development but faces difficulties in the preparation and implementation phases due to a lack of institutional capacity. This support includes providing training, contributing to the preparation of programs and projects, assigning temporary expert personnel, providing consultancy, lobbying activities, and establishing international relations.
Applications for the 2026 Anatolian-Rural Development Technical Support Program, created within the framework of the Innovative and Sustainable Development in Rural Areas, Development of Alternative Tourism Opportunities results-oriented programs and the TR72 Regional Plan, will be made through KAYS (Development Agencies Management System), and the program priorities have been determined as follows:
Priority 1:Innovative and Sustainable Development in Rural Areas
Priority 2: Supporting training and consultancy activities that will directly contribute to the specific objectives of the Development Results-Oriented Programme,
Priority 3: Modernizing the production processes of local and geographically indicated products within the scope of the Anatolian Project, creating product stories, developing e-commerce and e-export-oriented marketing strategies, and increasing the commercialization capacity of women's cooperatives and entrepreneurs producing local products.
No direct financial support will be provided to the beneficiary organization under this program.
The agency will provide these supports primarily through its own personnel or by procuring technical support services, within the framework of its existing budget and personnel capabilities.|
