The program aims to increase employment opportunities for women and young people and develop high value-added production by supporting the transition of SMEs operating in selected sectors in the TR72 Region to circular economy, resource efficiency and sustainable production practices.

Within the scope of the program The basic framework of the support to be provided is as follows:
- Total budget: 260,000,000 TL
- Support amount: 2,500,000 – 7,500,000 TL
- Application Deadline/Time: 08/05/2026 – 23:50
- Deadline/Time for E-signature/Delivery for the Undertaking: 15/05/2026 – 17:00
* The applicant must be in SME (excluding micro-enterprises) status.
